Summary

  • add payment-provider selection research with explicit merchant noKYC and crypto-to-crypto noKYC criteria
  • document merchant KYC/AML risk, including the practical exposure around suspicious or "dirty" crypto
  • add ADR-0001 selecting self-hosted BTCPay Server and sync deployment/system docs with that decision

  • not run (documentation-only change)
